Active Calculus 1.1 Average Velocity

This is an adaptation of Preview Activity 1.1 from the textbook Active Calculus. The activity walks students through a calculation of average velocity for several time intervals and helps them get familiar with the capabilities of Desmos. Students should read the section and/or watch the screencasts prior to completing this activity. (We do not use the average velocity notation from the book because Desmos won't display square brackets in a subscript.)
