They begin by identifying which graph is which (private, public, two-year), and continue by making a prediction, building and using a model, and testing their prediction against actual data. They conclude by reflecting on the rates of change, and interpreting those values in context. Note: Tuition and fees are expressed in 2015 dollars. In other words, these values have been adjusted for inflation.
