Polygraph: Decimal Place Value

This activity is designed to support understanding of decimal place value, rounding, and vocabulary. Guide student questions during this activity. Some students will ask only which digit is in a particular place. Have students make comparative questions like "is the digit in the tenths place larger than the digit in the thousandths place?" This can help lock in the concepts of place value and digit understanding.
