Breakout! Top Chef - No Screen Lock

Developed with @kathyhenderson as a 6th grade EOY review around the Bravo show "Top Chef". Students can break out only after winning Top Chef (by beating all 9 challenges). This version has no screen locks but instead will show "Success", "Failed", or "No Attempts" for each challenge on the last screen. Note: the table will show "failed" once a student has attempted the challenge at least once until the challenge is successful. More at www.mrchowmath.com/breakout
