Getting to Know You: Developing a Class Profile

Are you looking for a way to discover the strengths and stretches of your students, so that you can develop an understanding of individuals as well as create a class profile? If so, you might find this survey helpful. This survey has 23 questions that will help you learn how your students perceive themselves, how they like to learn, their attitudes towards school and specific curricular areas, as well as what they do outside of school (e.g., time with friends, hobbies/sports, family). Analysis of the responses should allow you to responsively and collaboratively work with your students to design the schedule of the day, curriculum and lessons.
