Targets and Arrows

This activity was inspired by Henri Piciotto's Stairs lesson, found here: https://www.mathed.page/calculator/stairs/ The other version of this task, such that it's not a Yes/No response is giving them a region in which to place the target so that it DOES hit. Or let them move one of the points so that it does it.
