Random Darts

Darts are randomly thrown at a dartboard using a random generator. Students will calculate the theoretical probability of hitting a circular target and use it to make predictions. They will also investigate the tendency of experimental probability to approach theoretical probability as the number of darts thrown increases. Later screens involve calculating the theoretical probability of independent events, and calculating the theoretical probability over several attempts.
