Dosage Calculation Case Study - Benton Young

The purpose of this activity is build connections between dosage calculations and tools/materials seen in clinical practice. Students begin by reflecting on a Medication Administration Record (MAR), before computing and "preparing" the appropriate medications. They also engage with tools (e.g. syringes, roller clamps, drip chambers) and reflect on whether a prepared dose seems appropriate.
