Team Assessment Response

This template is designed to be used by CPM teachers administering team tests remotely. You can create a class code to assign to the entire class at one time, or individual class codes to assign to teams during times when they can work together. Teams can use any form of social media or remote communication to collaborate as they work. We recommend you post the test questions via your school's Learning Management System, instruct students to submit their answers in this activity, and provide direction for your students on how you expect them to collaborate during the test. Sample team assessments for every CPM course can be accessed via the CPM Assessment tab in your teacher eBook, and then choose Download Sample Tests. Please be considerate to all of our teachers and do not copy the test problems into a Desmos activity (which would violate our copyright) nor post solutions to these problems online. Copying the problems and posting to any public site is a violation of US copyright law. This template is provided to give students a common response format and to give teachers an organized summary of the class's responses. You will be able to quickly see where deficiencies may lie that you will want to address with your students. Use the overlay and snapshot features to create a slide show for use during a live or recorded debriefing session for your class. You can also give students individual feedback on specific issues they may have had using the Desmos feedback feature. If you do not wish to edit the template to fit your assessment length, be sure to instruct students to leave unused screens blank.
