Thumbs Up Math Number Talk TEMPLATE - 4th grade

Use this template to create daily Number Talk Routines for your secondary math classes. Can be used both synchronously and asynchronously. Tips for best practice are in the notes sections. Synchronously be sure to pace the slides and use the SNAPSHOT feature in Desmos to select and sequence the discussion around student responses. Asynchronously, you can use the SANPSHOT feature and screen cast yourself talking about student work and send to your students.
