Scientific Notation Menu Math

This activity Uses @NatBanting's #MenuMath (http://natbanting.com/menu-math/) structure to have students create between 1 and 8 numbers (written in scientific notation) that meet 8 constraints. Their job is to try to create enough numbers to satisfy all 8 constraints collectively.
