First Considerations of the Perilous Pool

In this activity, students will have the opportunity to get a better idea of the Robot-Pool activity, and begin tracing out various paths that would lead the Robot to a watery demise! Original Prompt: A robot is placed one step away from a pool. The Robot is programmed in such a way that it has a 1 in 3 chance of stepping toward the pool, and a 2 in 3 chance of stepping away from the pool. What is the exact probability that it will eventually fall into the pool?
