Stroop Experiment dot plot and box plot

Video on using and setting this activity for your students. This activity gets students to have a go at the Stroop experiment. Students can then compare the two resulting distributions that are produced. This task will work better the more data you have so you may want to ask your colleagues to complete it first or give it to more than one group. If this is not possible, we have included some data we collected from other people and this will show if there are fewer than 2 students who have entered their times. We recommend that you pace the activity and initially restrict it to the second and third slides to gather all the data and then allow students to move on.
