LT 9.5 Discovering Isosceles Right Triangles Patterns 2.5 E-Learning

This is an activity to discover the patterns in 45 45 90 right triangles. It fits into our unit after we have talked about similarity and dilations, Pythagorean triples-similar right triangles, and comes before looking at 30-60-90 triangles and right triangle trig. We are trying to emphasize that these are all families of similar triangles/dilations.
