[2021 final version of] Fill it Up

Students connect multiple representations: tables and literal equations. Students do not need to be able to write their own equations to model situations. Instead, they learn to identify which given equation best matches a table or graph. The lesson hinges on students making and then testing a prediction, and culminates in a video explaining the simple origin of the equation that allowed their prediction. This lesson is part of a sequence: 1). "Sea Level Rise" https://teacher.desmos.com/activitybuilder/custom/5a3605ddcae81671b1c5994b 2). "Fill it up" (this lesson) 3). "Equations, Tables, and Graphs" (sequel with skills practice) https://teacher.desmos.com/activitybuilder/custom/5e8e861b1f61697dd0216e1b
