Number Strings - Whole Number Quotients

A series of Number Strings involving the relationships between partial quotients and whole number division as well as the effects of multiplying both dividend and divisor by the same factor. Copy a slide and use as a Start Task within another activity, or use pacing to focus on only one string. Have students complete independently and share their thinking using snapshots or present as whole class Number Talk String. Text box and sketch screes provided for students to share their thinking. "Success Stars" will be revealed for each task. (You may eliminate this feature by "hiding" the CheckButton.)
