Chance Experiments (Financial Algebra 10.2)

In this activity, students play a spinner game that introduces them to probability. Which result is more likely—red or blue? Students answer this question by gathering and analyzing class data. This version of the classic Desmos-created activity includes additional slides that graph the class data to further illustrate how the experimental probability approaches the theoretical probability as the number of trials increases.
