Quasi-hyperdoc first slides

This is a sample way to create a quasi-hyperlinked activity; where the students choose which question they will work on, and they will have access to only that question. They will still need to skip past the slides they aren't doing, but this covers up the questions so they won't be distracted by them. It also ensures they submit and answer at least one question before doing the common slides.
