Polynomial Functions Menu Task

This activity Uses @NatBanting's #MenuMath (http://natbanting.com/menu-math/) structure to have students create between 1 and 8 polynomial functions that meet 8 given constraints. Their job is to try to create enough equations, but as few as possible, to satisfy all 8 constraints collectively.
