Polygon Art in Desmos

60+ minutes | This activity gives middle school students a basic introduction to the Desmos Graphing Calculator. Students will revisit and strengthen the concept of plotting points on the coordinate plane. By plotting points, students will use the polygon function to create shapes. The activity culminates in a class gallery where students will design their own unique artwork given guidelines supplied by the teacher.
