Ratio Blitz

In this lesson, students remake the example rhythms in a faster or slower form using fraction bars. The ratio between the notes must remain the same, even as the note values get longer or shorter. This is will be a fun exercise for students interested in improving their grasp of ratios, rhythm, and early algebra. This lesson also emphasizes how multipliers can stretch or shrink fractions.
