Grade 4: Identifying Equivalent Fractions on a Number Line

Students learn how to identify equivalent fractions on a number line in this small group mini-lesson. Students see number lines with different fraction strips, and notice how 2 equivalent fractions have the same length strip. They then practice with number strips and True / False questions, and create equivalent fractions on their own worksheets.
