Algebra 2 Polynomial Graph Exploration - Friskymath

This activity is designed for Algebra 2 students who are learning about polynomial functions. Students will explore graphs of polynomial functions and discover how the degree and leading coefficient affect graph behavior. Students should be familiar with the following vocabulary prior to this activity: polynomial, degree, leading coefficient, extrema, point of inflection, zero (of a function), end behavior and notation (ie. f(x)→-∞ as x→-∞).
