Factor Music

Music relies on factors everywhere you look. In this activity, we examine common ratios in music and how they produce different rhythmic "feels". Oftentimes, musicians think of an entire bar of music as the number being factored. Rhythms result when those factors are combined in fun and creative ways. Try it out!
