Just Right Ratios

In this activity students will reason on various mixtures of orange juice concentrate and water to decide if the resulting juice is too weak, too strong, or just right. Following this, students explore the effects of doubling, multiplying, and adding to ratios to determine whether these operations always, sometimes, or never result in equivalent ratios. This activity was designed to follow Ratios for Breakfast and may be followed by Coffee Truck Ratios.
