Coffee Truck Ratios

In this activity students will engage in menu planning for a coffee truck breakfast service, grouping items in a way that makes sense to them. They will create ratios based on their sorting choices and evaluate the ratios created by others. Then, students will analyze daily sales trends of the coffee truck with a view to comparing the relationships of items sold and representing these relationships as ratios. This activity was designed to follow Ratios for Breakfast and Just Right Ratios.
