Reading • Students will identify the themes of the story • Students will use abstract nouns when identifying and discussing story themes. • Students will ask and answer questions to demonstrate understanding of a text, referring explicitly to the text as the basis for their answers. Foundational Skills • Students will review long vowel sounds and practice reading multisyllable words. Formative Assessment • Activity Page 3.2: “All's Well That Ends Well” Sequence the events of a story.
