Cheri’s New Home

As Cheri works to get comfortable in her new home, Cheri’s mom arranges for her to meet Ms. Sarah, the house’s previous owner. Ms. Sarah shows Cheri around the property, recounting the different tenants who have inhabited the rooms and made their marks upon the house. Cheri learns about the spaces’ previous uses and sees herself in the continuation of the house’s long history.
