Henry brings home a whale fin snake plant. Feeling impatient and eager to see transformation, he bombards the plant with “care” — he overwaters it, adds more potting soil, and moves it into direct sunlight. As the plant’s health declines, Henry becomes progressively frustrated until, finally, he finds instructions that explain the plant’s needs, and Henry learns how to care for it.
