Today’s Goals • Predict and observe that when objects collide, forces transfer energy and change the objects’ motion. • Predict and observe that when objects collide, they react in predictable ways. • Predict and observe that an object’s size and speed affect the way in which the objects act when they come in contact with each other. • Language Goal: Students will write their predictions and their test outcomes to share with the class. (Reading and Writing) Duration • This Bite Sized Science Moment takes about 15–20 minutes and can be used in or outside of a Science block. It is designed to be flexibly implemented in your day!
